The official Lucky North page lists Black Diamond at 30,000 or more earned Tier Points. The terms organise status around designated six-month periods. Use the current account record and the venue’s terms to determine how a particular review applies.
Access and hospitality
The brochure linked by the venue lists Black Diamond Lounge access and qualifying premium services. Those categories do not specify a booking for a particular guest or date. Contact the club about the facility, guest policy and arrival arrangement you need.
What to take to an enquiry
Name the visit dates, people travelling and the service required. Separate a room reservation from lounge or gaming-area access. Keep any reservation and conditions together so that a change in one part of the itinerary can be handled by the right team.
