How the programme fits the resort
Lucky North is the membership programme described on Mindil Beach’s official website. New members begin at Ruby. The club has five named levels: Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, Diamond and Black Diamond. The guide covers how to read that structure; account decisions are handled by the venue.
Two point balances
The current terms distinguish Reward Points, used for rewards, from Tier Points, used for status. Keep the two balances separate when reading an account statement. A reward balance alone does not establish a member’s current access or the expiry of a specific benefit.

For a dining or hotel enquiry, name the outlet, date and booking type. Ask the club which conditions apply to your membership and how to make the reservation. Keep a confirmation of the applicable booking conditions with the itinerary.
